Qian HongYan lost her legs in an accident

Her family in China are poor and couldn't afford prosthetic legs, so she uses a basketball to help her move.

Qian uses two wooden props to drag herself, and never complains, even though she has worn through six basketballs..

The photos attached are of a little child that has been severely burnt ( literally from head to toe). Her parents cannot afford to get the bandages and ointments necessary for the treatment so every time this email goes out they will be given 11 cents towards assisting these parents. I don't know the full story because everything was Portuguese, but that doesn't matter the only thing is this email must keep going around as much as possible.

Hi there; I am Antonio Salacuri or to some Saint Johnny Walker; Even though I "picked up" a number of names over the years (and I do explain in my books what and why) through my travels but I somehow got "stuck" with the Saint Johnny walker for a number of years now; If one reads my books will indeed find out why; I was born in Cyprus, a wonderful little (big) island at the far eastern side of the med; at the tender age of nine my father died and was more or less "forced" into quitting school and start work as we were somewhat on the poor side and a very big family that needed support even from a nine year old for its survival; I must have changed millions of jobs over the years trying to earn more and more; In 1974 we had THE Turkish invasion and near enough half of the island was taken from us and we all know when a country goes through war it means no work and of course no money; I considered my self "lucky" to survive that ordeal and even more lucky to "get in" the British bases only because I was injured and needed hospitalization; After a few weeks the Brits put me on a plane for England; They "dropped" me in the middle of London and they said; "That's it young man, you are on your own" Penniless, torn summer cloths and poring with rain I found my self wondering in London hoping against all hopes that something will turn up, and it did; I found a greengrocer who needed help and they gave me a tiny room (used to be toilet) a camped to sleep and three pounds a week; I knew they were taking "advantage" of me big time but for me it was a roof over my head; A few weeks later I found another job and another at the weekends; With whatever little I saved I was paying for my evening classes and eventually got my degree, then another and then another; I found my self working in high class hotels as a cook and gradually as a chef; I became naturalized British and started writing recipes in my spare time and kept them for years under my bed, with the hope one day to publish them; That day came nearly 30 years after; My life changed one day simply by chance; I was on my way home after a very long working day and I found this newspaper on the seat in the underground train; As I was going through the pages I came across a competition for a "free winter holiday" I took it home and I answered all ten questions; I eventually was informed that I was the winner and they sent me the ticket for two weeks in Italy; But, from day one of my so called free holiday, everything went wrong; 24 hour delay due to fog, landing at the wrong airport, getting the coach to my hotel two hundred kilometers away, the coach overturned, did a few "heroics" to save some people, and eventually passing away; yes, I died for a few minutes; but I came back; and with a few "gifts" Gifts I didn't know I possessed at first; Gifts I use for healing people; And as time goes by I discover I actually "possess" more and more of "them" Through my travels and adventures I have indeed discovered not only I could indeed heal but see people's past and foresee their future, but never actually tell them about it; Other gifts include "seeing" the "dead" or some people call it "souls" and let me assure you; they do exist; I am now at a "semi retired" stage in my life (pushing 60) and as one can imagine, I do feel the "old age" thing cropping up on me, even though sometimes I do feel the "urge" or that "push" to go out there when I am needed; One also could or even should understand that in healing someone requires a lot of energy and performing these so called miracle cures over and over and near enough an every day "job" over the last 30 year or so, it had a "price" And to "put" one in the picture of what is like when I say "price" I mean every time I heal someone, whatever he or she was suffering from I "transfer" it all into my body, and let me assure you, that is "no fun" I do suffer quite a bit for a while until "it clears off me" As I said, I still "perform" every now and then but it might take me day's weeks and some times even months to heal someone and even longer for me to recover; It seems to me that God is more or less telling me it is finally time for me to "stand down" I have indeed "served Him" long enough; My "pass time" now is writing cookery books and of course this "fantastic" story all from my memoirs; I do thank you for your time AND money, as I say in my books; consider it as "money well spent" Thanks again SJW
